Property Inspection

Our senior advisor will visit your property and evaluate its condition, styling, view, and location. We will then provide you with a calculation unique to your property to determine its potential revenue.

Documentation &

Verification

Upon submission of the requisite documentation, including the Passport, Title Deed, and DEWA Green Bill, we will initiate the application process for the Dubai tourism Permit and third-party liability insurance. Subsequently, we will facilitate the issuance of the move-in permit and proceed with the registration of the owner’s bank details for future rent payments. Additionally, we will document account numbers for utility services such as internet, gas, and cooling, where applicable.

Enhancement

Our interior designer will then provide styling options to bring your property up to hotel standard and highlight any upgrade requirements in order to generate the highest possible return on your investment.

Photography &

Marketing

Your property will then be professionally staged and photographed by our marketing team. We will build an engaging profile and list your property on all major booking channels such as Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com and more. Your property will also be listed with travel agencies, luxury retreats and corporate stay programs to ensure the highest occupancy throughout the year.

Guest Management

Our reservations team will provide comprehensive information to guests regarding all facets of the property. This includes coordinating payments, acquiring guest passports , facilitating the upload of passports into Dubai tourisms system, confirming arrival times, and addressing any special requests made by the guest. Subsequently, our dedicated guest manager will personally meet the guest at the property, oversee the check-in process, facilitate the signing of the reservation contract, collect the deposit, and maintain continuous communication with the guest throughout their stay to ensure a seamless experience to ensure a 5-star review.

Our Relationship

We will provide our hosts with login credentials to our portal, offering detailed information on their property reservations, income, and calendar status. You will be assigned a dedicated manager to attend to all your property needs and ensure consistent communication with you at all times.
